The Company currently maintains professional indemnity insurance cover provided by Continental Casualty Company, whose address is at 151 North Franklin Street Chicago, IL 60606 . Further details of this insurance cover may be provided upon request. The Company reserves its right to discontinue this cover at any time.
As the Company is not regulated by the SRA, the SRA’s compulsory insurance scheme does not apply to the Company and its clients will not have access to the SRA Compensation Fund.
The advice we give to you may be covered by litigation privilege but please note that advice given outside the context of litigation may not attract legal professional privilege in all circumstances.
