Based in England, Charlotte provides legal advice to insurers with respect to technology, media, intellectual property, and privacy claims under cyber liability, technology, media and professional liability policies.  She is dual-qualified and specialises in handling data privacy and cyber security incidents involving U.S. and UK global corporations and SMEs. Charlotte also regularly advises insurers on the development of new U.S. and UK cyber insurance products. She is a member of the California bar (2009) and a solicitor of England and Wales (2017), as well as a Certified Information Privacy Professional for both Europe and the U.S.  Charlotte also holds an LLM in European Legal Studies and a Master of Arts (Honours) from Glasgow University.  She received her Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law (2004) and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Middle Temple (2005) (Blackstone Entrance Exhibition (2003), Harmsworth Scholarship (2003), Queen Mother’s Scholarship (2004)).
