Yevgenia has extensive experience litigating complex insurance coverage claims. She has advised insurers regarding primary and excess policies, including commercial general liability, professional liability, and employment practices liability. Yevgenia’s practice at Atheria Law is concentrated on representing insurers in respect of technology, media, intellectual property and privacy claims, including privacy breaches and data security. Yevgenia co-authored an article entitled “Driverless Vehicles and the Effect on Insurance,” published in DRI For The Defense, May 2016, and has presented at continuing education sessions on long-tail liability claims. Yevgenia received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
