Alex advises and represents insurers regarding cyber security, data breaches, and privacy matters. His work primarily involves coverage for losses and claims arising from breach events of all sizes. He also helps facilitate front-line incident response. Prior to joining Atheria, Alex spent six years practicing civil litigation, focusing on the areas of general liability, personal injury, health care, medical malpractice, and business and contract disputes. He appreciates helping small to medium-sized insureds confidently navigate and respond to cyber incidents that are brand-new to them. In his free time, Alex enjoys spending family time with his wife and two young children. Much to his surprise, they have become a family of Disneyland Park enthusiasts. He is also an avid home cook and loves learning new recipes and cooking techniques. Alex received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
