Amelia is based in our London office and provides coverage advice to insurers regarding cyber security, privacy, media, and technology matters. She concentrates on first- and third-party coverage of privacy incidents, including ransomware and cyber extortion, business interruption claims, as well as litigation and regulatory claims following a breach incident. Prior to Atheria, Amelia spent five years in civil litigation, including representing and providing advice to insurers on healthcare sector claims. Amelia is dual qualified and received her LLB (Hons) (First Class) from the University of Aberdeen (Scotland) in 2015 and qualified in the jurisdiction of England & Wales in February 2021. Outside work, Amelia’s relaxation is putting on a pair of running shoes and hitting the parks of London and enjoying the best places for Sunday brunch.
