Andrew is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and represents London and U.S. cyber insurers with a focus on technology, cyber, and privacy matters. His work includes providing insurance coverage evaluation, risk mitigation, and litigation management on matters involving data breaches, consumer privacy class actions, intellectual property disputes, software implementation, and regulatory investigations. Andrew has nearly a decade of experience litigating business and insurance disputes, including at the appellate level. Andrew also assists insurers with developing policy wordings for cyber policies and has direct experience working for claims and underwriting teams while seconded to an international cyber insurer. Andrew has been named a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2021. He has written articles and given presentations regarding the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Silent Cyber, and evolving coverage issues affecting Cyber and E&O policies. In his spare time, Andrew is a mediocre golfer and enjoys supporting the UCLA Bruins, Lakers, and Dodgers. Andrew received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and his B.A. in Business Economics and Accounting (magna cum laude) from the University of California, Los Angeles.
