Christina Terplan

Founding Partner & President

Christina focuses her practice on technology, cyber, and privacy law. She represents insurers on cyber, privacy, and intellectual property claims brought against companies and public entities. She also counsels insurers regarding data breach and cyber events, including the investigation of such events, notifications to consumers and regulators, and the defense of regulatory investigations and class action lawsuits. A major focus for Christina is working with insurers on the development of new insurance programs and manuscripted coverages for evolving cyber and privacy liabilities. She has drafted numerous insurance policies from inception and advised on updates to more than fifty policy wordings. She received her J.D. from UC Law SF (formerly UC Hastings) and her B.S. from the University of California, Davis. Christina currently sits on the UC Law SF Board of Governors.
