Gabriela focuses her practice on the representation of insurers in various cyber security, data breach, and privacy claims. In her work, she advises clients regarding first- and third-party coverage of various privacy incidents. Prior to joining Atheria Law, Gabriela was on the broker side focusing on D&O and EPL claims advocacy for private (including unicorns) and public company insureds. She has an extensive knowledge of the claims processes and various lines of coverage. While she is a San Francisco native, Gabriela is an avid Boston sports fan along with her husband. She enjoys spending her free time running, rock climbing, and playing with her two dogs: Buster and Bentley.
