Her practice includes facilitating front-line incident response to data breaches and ransomware events, advising on statutory and regulatory liabilities, and monitoring complex individual and class action litigation. Jessica has also handled high-stakes exposures involving consumer privacy, advertising, intellectual property, and software implementation disputes. Jessica earned her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law in 2014 and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California. She has been recognized as a Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2025). Jessica is also a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) and the California Minority Counsel Program, and she serves as Co-Chair of Atheria’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
