Jessica represents insurers in claims involving technology errors and omissions, media liability, cyber security, privacy, data breach, and intellectual property. Her experience includes assessing coverage and advising insurers regarding large data breach and ransomware incidents, business interruption losses, statutory and regulatory liabilities, and consumer class-action litigation impacting a wide range of industries and business sectors. Jessica also serves as the Co-Chair of Atheria’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Prior to joining Atheria, she gained significant litigation and insurance coverage experience, including at the appellate level, during her six years at a prominent local insurance coverage firm in the Bay Area, which she uses to inform her coverage practice. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, eating delicious food all around the Bay Area, and hanging out with her cat. Jessica received her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
