Josh represents and advises cyber insurers regarding coverage for losses and claims arising from breach events of all sizes, and helps facilitate front-line incident response. He has more than a decade of experience representing insurers in insurance coverage disputes, including litigation arising out of disputes over the nature and extent of insurance coverage, bad faith, equitable contribution between co-insurers, and equitable subrogation between primary and excess insurers. Josh is father to two smart, funny, and very independent daughters. Aside from spending time with them, he enjoys cooking, podcasts, movies, video games, and kayaking. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, and his B.A. and M.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Davis.
