Rachel Davis

Rachel concentrates on advising insurers regarding professional indemnity as well as technology, media & privacy matters. During law school, Rachel received her High Tech Law Certificate with honors and was a member of Women and Law. Rachel also worked as research assistant for Dean Michael Kaufman at Santa Clara University School of Law. As a research assistant, Rachel focused on the deposition process within the Unted States through legal research and analysis of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and pertinent case law. Beyond the legal profession, Rachel enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and traveling. Rachel received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and B.A. from the University of Washington.
