Susannah represents insurers in claims involving cyber and privacy issues, including data and security breaches; cyber extortion; regulatory penalties; media liability; and related lawsuits including class actions. She has significant experience litigating insurance coverage cases involving various types of insurance policies, including CGL, Property, E&O, and D&O. Susannah has litigated complex cases in state and federal superior and appellate courts throughout the U.S. Susannah achieves client goals in a creative, efficient manner. She draws inspiration from working with her Atheria peers and advising clients in supporting their insureds who are facing stressful, unfamiliar situations. Prior to her legal career, Susannah negotiated advertising campaigns for one of the nation’s largest wireless companies. Susannah received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
