2024 Edition of Chambers USA Ranks Atheria Law and Three Partners

Bill is a very experienced negotiator and has decades of experience with mediation, and mediators worldwide. He also utilizes his law firm management experience to assist lawyers and law firms in risk management and law firm operational matters and disputes.
Joan’s practice focuses on representing insurers in technology, media, intellectual property, privacy and professional indemnity claims. She has represented insurers in connection with thousands of data breach incidents and a wide variety of consumer privacy claims, providing strategic counsel to insurers in all aspects of first- and third-party coverage regarding cyber and technology policies.
Julie focuses on representing insurers in technology, media, intellectual property, privacy, and D&O claims. She regularly works on complex and high-stakes class actions and media claims arising from data breaches, new and emerging technologies, data collection and use, and consumer privacy statutes. Julie also enjoys working with her clients to draft policy wordings and endorsements.
