Atheria Law Promotes Susannah Eichele and Alexander Nguyen to Senior Counsel

Atheria Law is pleased to announce that the firm has promoted Susannah Eichele and Alexander Nguyen to Senior Counsel, effective February 1, 2025.

 

“We congratulate Susannah and Alex for their achievements and value their commitment to a high level of service to our clients, ” said Christina Terplan, founding partner and president of Atheria Law.

 

Susannah’s practice is focused on representing insurers in claims involving cyber and privacy issues, including data and security breaches, as well as media liability claims, including social media copyright infringement. Her experience also includes litigating insurance coverage cases involving diverse types of insurance policies. Prior to her law career, she negotiated advertising campaigns for one of the nation’s largest wireless companies. Susannah received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine.

 

Alex advises insurers with respect to cyber security, data breaches, and privacy matters, with a special focus on large, systemic cyber incidents. Prior to joining Atheria Law, he focused on civil litigation, including general liability, personal injury, health care, medical malpractice, and business and contract disputes. Alex earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego.
