Jamison Narbaitz Chairs PLI Program “Negotiation Skills Essentials 2023”

Atheria Law's Jamison Narbaitz will chair the Practising Law Institute’s Negotiation Skills Essentials 2023 program on Tuesday, March 7 in San Francisco. The one-day program will be presented Live and by Webcast, and will cover topics including developing strategies for effective negotiations, bargaining and concessions, and choosing amongst the different methods of alternative dispute resolution.

As chair of the event, Jamison will deliver the opening remarks at 9:00 a.m. PST and also will participate on a panel, “Bargaining – Mastering Tactics of Effective Negotiating” at 3:00 p.m. PST.

The program is eligible for CLE credits, depending on the attendee’s jurisdiction.
